That was a cool part about "Matrix Revolutions": While the final burlyman brawl was overlong I did like the work it took to show a face getting punched within bullet time. When you actually see that in slow-motion real-life footage it just blows your mind.
After all, your face has that layer of skin and beneath it is a layer of fat above the muscle layer. When it gets hit it will ripple.
It makes you wonder how much time CGI artists today study human anatomy just to get everything just right.
Or how about those old videos of pilots being stress-tested via a centrifuge? Wild stuff! :-)
