I am wondering about bilyard (the Soviet billiard game in MAME). I have some questions regarding its rules.
Why is it that sometimes, hitting the cue ball into a pocket will score a point, as well as not ending the turn? (In America, that would count as a "scratch", and my turn would be over.)
Sometimes after a bad shot, one of the already sunken balls will return to the playfield and cry a bit? What is the rule for this?
