Screwing around on the grill this afternoon, cooked the best tasting pork I've ever had. Feel free to duplicate.
1 pork tenderlion (seasoned, if prefered) 1 package of bacon Yamasa teriyaki sauce. Salt Crackled Pepper
Basket weave the bacon into a wrap that will fit around the tenderloin (do this on a non-stick cutting board). Place the tenderloin on the center of the bacon weave. Add Salt, peeper to taste. Sprinkle teriyaki liberally onto tenderloin. Wrap the bacon around it, season with a leafy spice of your choice if you prefer. You can also re apply the teriyaki if you are going for full sodium overload here. Wrap the entire bacon-wrapped tenderloin in foil.
Place on the grill at the highest temp you can get it to, for 15 minutes.
Open the foil, let the outside crisp a bit. Turn the temp down a notch or three if you are cooking with gas. You may have to roll it/turn it a few times to keep it from charring. Cook until the internal temp reaches 160F.
Remove from heat, cut into 1" thick slices, orgasm.
