I'm glad that you liked.
I actually used a screenshot from the original cabinet, retouched and applied the artwork over it.

The artwork is from AFFA.
The buttons are the ones that Antolin posted.

I could probably retouch it a bit more...

Originally I intended to make this with a Neo Geo cabinet, but I never found a good screenshot.
