Hi Tafoid, I found a youtube clip of Pirhana showing the Pirhana going out the top exit hole. It's obviously mame but have no idea what earlier version it is. But it shows that you should be able to go out the top but you can't in version 145.

It's 58 seconds into the clip where it shows it.

Hope this can be fixed. It's a game I played as a kid
