cosmic avenger bug glitch 2 player bomb button doesn't work in cocktail mode mame 145

Noticed that the 2nd fire button (for bombs) for the 2nd player in Universal's Cosmic Avenger does nothing in cocktail mode. This is mame 145 that I tried it on.
