I'd like to point one thing though: This CPO layout is for NEO-GEO multi game cabinet. Since you're going to 'redo' all those 125 games, could you add another CPO layout to the packages for the 1 game cabinet CPO as well? The only difference between them is that the 1 game cab has no select game button at the CPO. I know this will be a PITA to add a new image/lay modification to every single file but, anyway, this layout exists and there are people here who never played NEO-GEO games into a multi-game cabinet/CPO (me included  ). However, this is just a suggestion and it's no big deal to me to modify your files to please my personal taste 
As a side note, I think I can provide more 'faithful' button images for the CPO's. Those ones from the picture above looks a little 'fake' to me, they don't look like shiny plastic buttons we usually see in old arcade games. I'll post a sample here as soon as I get home later today.
