Thin ≠ healthy

I had a co-worker, skinny as a rail, that would drink almost 2 liters of Coca-Cola a day, and smoke like a chimney. He was thin, but certainly not healthy.
When it comes to maintaining or losing weight, calories in = calories out. Some people's bodies are better at burning these calories naturally or through exercise...some aren't. However eating healthy and getting a moderate amount of REGULAR exercise can make your body healthy, even if considered by a BMI reading that you're overweight.
Me personally, I can eat just about anything and not gain much weight. I didn't exclude anything from my diet except the frequency in which I drank beer, and I lost weight. But ask me to run 5 miles and I'll laugh in your face.
I may be on the thinner side, but I certainly wouldn't say I'm a figure of health.
