I thought Titanic was a mediocre movie as is and didn't watch it in the theater. I don't even watch Star Wars Episode 1 or Episode 3 that much. I guess some parents like to take their kids to Disney movies, although isn't 3D NOT RECOMMENDED for kids under 8 years old or some similar age?
I fail to see how a movie is improved being redone in 3D. I can understand a new generation of people might want to see a movie, but I'm not big on the whole 3D movie experience. In fact, I have yet to go to a 3D movie, although that might change when Ghost Rider Spirits of Vengeance comes to the theaters next week in the US.
So what are your thoughts on rereleasing movies into theaters in 3D?
