She called me with the complaint, "There's something wrong with the computer." Trying to get anything more out her tends to lead to an hour's worth of "I was trying to do X," told as a series of short sentences that start by repeating half the previous one, each needing a response before she'll move on to the next one. I had to stand there waiting to get near the printer while she told me the light was flashing and the paper was going crooked, and she tried to turn it off, and it kept flashing, and it said it was out of paper, and so on.

I've told her many times to not pile things on top of the various electronica in and around the desk, but they're hers and she'll do with them what she likes, until she needs to do something important.
