At my parents house a number of years back they had caught a mouse in a sticky trap. It was still alive... So my mother had me take it out to stomp on it. I placed it on a tree stump. There was snow outside... When I went to stomp on it I guess I didn't hit it directly... It's skin was torn off of it's head and you could see it's skull/scalp. It was still alive. ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif)
I stomped it again, but boy did that make me feel bad.
