I recently pissed off my my template-fabrication guy because I sent him images 3.5 x 4.5 inches in photoshop format, and I think it reasonable to expected a template cut from those images would likewise be 3.5 x 4.5 inches.
I received 144 templates, every one of which is 3.5 x 4.75 inches. I rejected 144 templates without payment.
And he thinks I'm the asshole.
Dude, 1/4 inch error on a template that will cut an infinite number of copies is ridiculous... especially considering I made the image exactly as it needed to be. To screw that up he would have had to apply some amount of effort to stretch every one of those images 1/4 of an inch for unknown reasons to produce that error.
I wonder what else this dice guy makes... plastic templates perhaps?
