Lol..i knew what you meant as regards overclocking via MAME..and not the PC.
As regards to what 'hz' a game runs at, that has little bearing on the actual 'internal' frame rate you see the game run at, hard driving is only updating the games polygon enviorement at about 10-20fps.
Afterall, Neo Geo games run at 59Hz, but the slowdon can cause the games internal frame rate to slow to a crawl when it reaches the hardwares on screen sprite drawing limit.
