0.143 and Blitz 2000 (Bad Language Configuration)

Hi guys,
I was curious if Blitz 2k is unable to be configured through the F2 menu currently. 99 and standard Blitz appear to be configurable via F2 (Violence, Volume, Bad Language, etc), but 2k at least on my side doesn't allow anything to be tweaked. I removed cfg, nvram files and tried again. No luck.
Any ideas?
