I use a Arcade-Cabinett with Jamma. The pc is a dualcore 2700 with 4 Gigs RAM but had the same problem with an other motherboard. The graphicsadapter is a AVGA3000 , had the same problem also with AVGA9xxx Series.
Throttle is not set due it made no difference in the past.
Will look out for more inis .. maybe there is the problem. But I thought only mame.ini will be used.
Frontend is Mala and Hyperspin.
