Screeching tires seem to bring something out in some people. My wife's uncle is a pretty laid back guy. One day when we were over there, a couple of swamp yankees in a Fox-body Mustang started doing doughnuts in the intersection in front of the house. My wife's uncle charged out the front door full tilt, shouting, "You're in trouble! I know who you are!" at the top of his lungs. In the end, I don't even think he called the cops, but it was still a rather uncharacteristic outburst.
