No problem.
The Ambassador Certificate is a meaningless video that tells you to press the button on the bottom to turn on notifications for the Ambassador Program.
Since each game can have its own notifications, this was done to set up a dummy "game", so people who are not Ambassadors or do not want notifications don't have to get info they can't or don't want to use.
I'm not 100% sure what they're going to push out with the notifications, but I imagine Nintendo will use it to tell us when GBA games are ready for download, and when Updates to the NES games are available to enable state saving and digital manuals.
