SFB is a custom Nintendo Entertainment System made specifically for Hotels. It's a pay-to-play system. Hardware wise they're the same and the roms aren't different, but the carts IIRC are modified.
The super nintendo driver has issues, but you should know of that with the red "GAME NOT WORKING" screen.
