That's pretty much the same design I had before. I changed it up to use three engines under the tri-coupler, with four tanks above and six SRBs arranged around it. I have an additional three SRBs mounted to the upper of the four fuel tanks for additional boost at about 5K. A lot less mass to lift overall.
Currently have a really nice 45K stable circular orbit going
