Charles' hardware tech update

It's all about the bubble....Konami Bubble System information.....that is. Guru's docs were recently added to nemesis.c file. Charles' info provides a hardware operational behavior of how the hardware works.
The most important part of Charles' update is in following paragraph. It pretty much says it all. Owners of any working games that have that rare hardware most likely will not want to take a gamble with working boards [trojaning test purposes etc] for trying to emulate the same games that have already been emulated for some time.
-- The bubble memory games are quite rare and expensive so it's been hard to find people with access to working boards who want to risk doing something like this. In the meantime it's probably sufficient to just dump the bubble memory and simulate the MCU for emulation. --
If wanting to have any of the games using this hardware to be fully emulated, one had better have lots of spending money in case any pcbs ever do appear for sale. And then have money to pay decapping expenses.
I agree with Smit's post in locked thread.
For any newcomers unfamiliar with Charles' previous work, read some of Charles' great work such as back in spring 2007 with Gaelco Master Boy work. That was a challenge itself which quite a few folks thought it wasn't going to ever be possible to emulate.
