I just read in the paper there was some change in the .com etc. rules and starting next year companies can get their own extension. Like everything Apple will have .apple and everything Canon will have .canon. It will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to set one up so only big companies will be able to afford it. I think it's a waste. If someone is impressed into making a purchase because a company went from .com to .companyname then let's face it, we should just take them out back and shoot them.
