12AM

Finally sit down to vegetate a bit after a long night of laundry, paying bills, bathing the little one, and having dinner ready for the (very pregnant) wife when she got home. Wife is now asleep, kiddo put down as well after quite the fight.

12:30AM

In bed, almost out. Awoken to the sound of tiny feet pitter-pattering and a loud scream of "AHHHHHHHHHHHH! The big bad WOOOOLLLLLFFFFF".

I put the little one back down, and we repeat this process until around 1:45AM

2AM

Wife starts having contractions (again). I get up, put my shoes on. I go outside to pull my truck out of the driveway and put it in the street so I can get her car out when she's ready.

2-3AM

Wife is holding out, not sure if it's "go time".

3AM

Contractions stop. I fall asleep.

6AM.

Wake up 1/2 hour late, hurry into the shower.

7AM

Find a parking ticket on my truck, I forgot to pull it back in.

7:15AM

Hit unusual gridlock. To make matters worse, the guy in front of me decides it's a good time to read the paper. I have to remind him that he's driving every three minutes or so.

8:30AM

Make it to the office. Office smells horrible. Apparently the server UPS batteries boiled over, releasing a sulfur gas. Entire building is rank.

I wonder what the rest of the day has in store for me....
