Bug with artwork 0.142?

Disable all artwork, but make sure the art for frogger and gunsmoke is in the correct path.

Run gunsmoke or frogger full screen (with artwork disabled) the screen is shifted down to accommodate the artwork.

If you remove the artwork from the path, the games are positioned correctly.
