It's not that simple though. The game checks for other pieces of hardware like printer/camera etc. hence the 'attendant error'. Currently everything regarding STV bolt-on hardware is totally unknown. There might even be another I/O board for those things containing MCU or other required IC's. It's very wishful thinking to expect these games to run in MAME in any kind of playable state without at least knowing how they are connected and what other hardware is involved. Sure it might be possible but there are probably easier fish to fry and games that provide more interesting interaction and gameplay rather than a shitty picture-creating app that prints out an el-cheapo sticker at the end ;-)
