MAME 142.5 now working for us weaker chipset people

I'm happy to report that MAME's HLSL is now working for the people with Walmart PC's.this is including the Intel chipset problems i've been having. Thank you all for this.and thank you Tafoid for not making me jump out the window(I live on the top floor)Now i'm gonna enjoy some pincushin screen Pacman..

I’m convinced Mario is a hobo.
He wakes up everyday in the same clothes, runs around in sewers, and collects coins for a living.
At the end of the day, he uses the coins to buy mushrooms
