No doubt bad cops can sometimes act like a pack of dogs.
I just this past weekend took a class from Jim Finley, author of Texas' concealed handgun laws, on how to interact with law officials. To say the least, Jim is pretty weary of officers with "size 5 hats and size 50 shirts."
Even though he wrote the laws, he says officers all the time twist and violate the laws, and the smart citizen has to know how to handle an officer as well as how to handle a felon... because sometimes they are one in the same. Was a great class... recommend it to anyone who can get in on it.
