Changing -d3dversion to 8 will not help. Two reasons...
(1) It hasn't worked in a long while: http://www.mametesters.org/view.php?id=3678 (2) The shader stuff will not work on DirectX 8 as well, only DirectX 9.0c.
As I mentioned in your other thread, please wait until 0.142u5. There was a fix in place for Intel chipsets and other low-end graphic solutions.
