A question about Heated Barrel

Please Does anyone remember,how many levels,there was in the game?
5 or 6??
I manage to reach, the boss on level 5 after the cemetery,when the game,completely freezes!
I know it is not working,but is just curiosity to remember,the good old days,when I was playing this one!
Is that the final Boss,or there is a level more??
