I wonder what the hill could represent? Or the cruise ship?... The pay phone? Or perhaps the lost boy?
Bring life into these items and persons that seemed 2ndary. Speak for them, be their representative, what would they say, how would they explain their business being there in your dream. See if they don't relate some way to something else in your life.
It might be better to act and speak things out, rather than ponder quietly. It might be best done when you're alone, unless you don't mind anyone thinking you're... feeling like a nut. 
But that's up to you.
