Yeah, I was thinking they were referring to an "auto-rickshaw" or "tut-tut", but according to wikipedia, a "motorcycle taxi" is just a motorcycle. I can't imagine how that is physically possible. Maybe the article is mistaken or using the wrong term?
Also, I *never* want to have to get that close to a taxi driver.
