I'm thinking she should have the option to do time, pay a fine, or do community service... Working at Burger King.

I can't imagine why the workers wouldn't want to smile, especially with patrons like that. 
Maybe they could urinate in her diet coke. The relieved look on their faces should make her happy enough, I mean, that is what's most important here.
