Not that far yet. That comes in at Stage 5 of Kidney failure. Stage 1 is spillage of protein in your urine and decreased Glomular Filtration Rate (GFR). Basically, you don't really notice any physical symptoms but your kidneys aren't able to filter toxins out of you as well as they used to. That's where I'm at. GFR of around 91 with normal being around 120-130.

Stage 2 is when you start to see physical symptoms such as strong darkening of the urine due to blood passing through the kidneys, fatigue due to decreased production of the hormones that cause red blood cell production, and slight swelling (edema) in your extremeties.

Stage 3 is when you physically feel nausea, fatigue, just overall illness. Your kidneys are barely able to remove the toxins from your body and dialysis is in your near future.

Stage 4 is when your GFR drops to around 30 and if you don't start taking dialysis treatments you will die.

Stage 5 is when the GFR drops to 15 or lower and at that point your kidneys are fully dead. Without a transplant you will die very soon.

So I'm at Stage 1, and at the pace of destruction of my kidneys in about ten years I'll be down at the needs dialysis stage and most likely on the transplant list at that point. So yeah, it kind of sucks and right now I'm just trying to enjoy what I've got to see if I can slow down the destruction.
