It's kind of a shitty way of describing it but that was the closest I could come. It's kind of sweet too, but anyway you have to try it to understand, and for people who hate "stinky cheeses" (any with mold) then yeah stay away, it's pungent and will occasionally clear out the nostrils a bit like a mild wasabi. It's buttery, even a bit softer than your average brie. Some brie is really good too and generally less pricey than this stuff...
