The main program ROM was changed in u1 (actually, was changed back after "someone" wrongly changed it a while ago  )
All you need to do is byteswap tp024_1.bin, if you know how to do that.
Alternately, if you can find a 0.117 or older set, that version is once again the correct dump to use.
