Coins 'on' Scrambled Egg (scregg) driver.

Hi,
if you hold the coin button (either '5' or '6') in any moment, the game (and sounds) freezes.

This affects all the games in the driver (Dommy, RockDuck, Scrambled egg and Eggs).

I have fixed it by adding --> PORT_IMPULSE (2) after each PORT_BIT (..., ...IPT_COIN1) although i don't know if 2 is the right value.
