Followed up by a defragment of your drive. If you want to nuke the whole drive get a linux boot disk and use dd and copy from /dev/random. Unless someone gets a scanning electron microscope it is very unlikely they will get anything from your drives after either one of those. If you are really paranoid (and there is no reason to be) just put both of them in a loop and do it 10 or so times.
