Ha! Good luck with that. Every landlord I ever encountered had a terminal case of cheapass syndrome. Unless you can see daylight through a hole in the wall, it's pulling teeth to get them to fix anything. When they finally break down and fix something, they hire the least competent "contractor" in the whole Home Depot parking lot. Or, God forbid, they fix it themselves...
