Years ago the neighbor above my apartment had a pump line fall out of her aquarium. Her 30 gallonish, VERY poorly maintained, smelly aquarium. During the day, while we were all at work. Every frikkin drop siphoned onto her floor and down into my walls and ceiling. (I did feel badly for the poor fish, that woman shouldn't have been allowed a fern.)
That lease couldn't run out fast enough. There was just NO making it right...
