Ok you must have been uploading files during the transfer then.
No prob. I zipped up your folder on the old FTP and curl'd it to the new one inside a subfolder named "old_ftp_folder", which I've also unzipped for ya.
This way you can retrieve whatever is necessary for proper restoration
