First we have Pauline back in Mario vs. Donkey Kong. Granted, this is the 4th game from the series and Pauline appeared in the second one (2006), but only in the intro and ending scenes only.
Next we have PAC MAN Championship Edition DX. If you love Space Invaders Extreme series you will enjoy this one which shares a similar style.
Ah! How i would love an Asteroids or Missile Command game as this.
Older franchises are being sold as brand new more than ever. Haunted House came as a surprise, but who could have though Yars' Revenge will do the same? Though, it won't be what we all expect.
This brings a lot of nostalgia, it's like history repeating itself. That's why i won't ever regret to be born in a decade videogames spread and evolved. I didn't born in the 70's, but i can't complain.
And for those who use to say "things were original before", "there's no imagination today" or "only re-releases from the past". Lies. I bet your grandfather says the same when he turns on the TV and sees "tributes" and re-editions from the very first "Twilight Zone" as films or notices they're transmitting theater productions and radio programs from his childhood as TV shows.
