I've had to delete ALL my F3 system Artwork files....nothing else worked. Deleteing CFG,NVRAMS had no effect, disabling ALL artwork options in UI and restarting had no effect.. With the Artwork Zips gone, all the games scale full screen... Thanks for the help anyway....:)
