If you have a question for Aaron then e-mail him, we don't need a public outburst every time that game is brought up.

Just some history of the year rule(s) and saying it's a rough guideline. There's no law where someone is going to get 50 lashes if they put in a 2 year old bootleg.

Nope, not saying that. I'm saying end users have no bearing on loose rules that mamedevs create for themselves. Whatever you think about the matter doesn't make any difference to them aside from having to put up with you bitching on public message boards about them. That's the extent of it.

Just keep doubting it then. It doesn't make any difference. You could e-mail Aaron like I mentioned before but I really don't think he owes people explanations for every decision he makes.
