Anyone here ever used Nvidia's Tesla line?

Need to solve for a shiteload of 5th order polynomials, and speed/quantity is king. Thinking of ordering a tesla box and doing it via CUDA and some parrallel computing. Anyone ever usded CUDA or a Tesla card before? Curious as to what I'm in for here.
