Where are you getting your info from? The games aren't marked as clones of each other, they're in different source files, one's a home TV game, they're clearly different things. You'll also get the red warning screen telling you it's not working if you try to run the System 573 game, unless you're using a hacked build.
Compare this:
Code:
src/mame/drivers/ksys573.cpp:GAME( 2000, dsfdr, sys573, dsfdr, ddr, ksys573_state, empty_init, ROT0, "Konami", "Dancing Stage Featuring Disney's Rave (GCA37JAA)", MACHINE_IMPERFECT_SOUND | MACHINE_NOT_WORKING ) /* BOOT VER 1.8 */
To this:
Code:
src/mame/drivers/nes_vt.cpp:CONS( 2006, ddrdismx, 0, 0, nes_vt, nes_vt, nes_vt_state, empty_init, "Majesco (licensed from Konami, Disney)", "Dance Dance Revolution Disney Mix", MACHINE_IMPERFECT_GRAPHICS | MACHINE_IMPERFECT_SOUND ) // shows (c)2001 Disney onscreen, but that's recycled art from the Playstation release, actual release was 2006
