Still beta and has its quirks, but very useable and has saved me a ton of time already.
I used it to create lists of games for each popular resolution, then copied and pasted those into a spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet automatically creates commands to copy and rename an ini file containing my preferred HLSL settings for all games of that resolution.

There are probably other ways to go about it, but I work with what I know how to use.
Total time to create a batch file for a given resolution is under a minute.
The batch file can be ran again and will replace all the ini files if I want to make a change. 
I can't imagine how long this would take if not able to generate a list of all rom names based on resolution.
