I made a typo there 0.150 works fine not 0.151
The cheats disabled helped thank you, this is a still a bug that needs to be resolved though for the next build 
The MAMEUI32 builds all work with this game with cheats enabled
EDIT:-
Passed that info on, now it is up to the user what they want to use, not sure they use cheats or not, so that may not be an issue for them
