where is chdman.exe?

Hi,
Got some CHD and want to check them, using chdman.
However, can't find chdman.exe/chdman64.exe (although under man page there is a chdman.1 manual doc).
So... where is it? Do I need to (also) download normal mame package to just get this one utility?
Or this renamed to something else in mameui64?
