The comparisons they make between MAME and original Arcade hardware is interesting.
Although, I believe they may be trying MAME with raw/basic video output only. For example, the illusion of "SATANS" shaking does occur in the title if HLSL/BGFX (CRT) effects are utilized.
An item that is definitely missing from MAME when compared to the original Arcade hardware, regarding the title screen, is as soon as the draw across for the "H" in HALLOW starts, there is a dot that appears between 1 and the I. It happens every time on the hardware in the video from the OP.
