That takes me back! Yes I have seen and played that. As a matter of fact I was a final test tech for VLC when those particular machines were being produced. I actually had a few of the marquees including that one but threw them away a few years ago.
Man that was a sweet job just go get a cab off the line chip it up, run thru the diagnostics, play a few different games, put on the serial # stickers then repeat. Of course if there were any issues I would have to diagnose and repair or replace the bad parts.
There is a fairly good chance I had my grubby hands all over that machine as there were only 5 final test techs at that time.
So whats your question?
Edit: As far as it getting stuck on the first screen. Does the machine just freeze? Can it be coined up? Could be as simple as recalibrating the touch screen depending on the previous questions.
