The entire PE Plus driver. Slowest credit count of a coin operated machine in history, ironic since the games are designed to take your money!
In fact, just run the games with max speed/frameskip, fixes all of the problems. Apart from still having to bash the hell out of the credit key to feed the thing. At least on the Aristocrat video poker games, they allow you to continue to insert coins (as credits) beyond the max bet, or at any time during the game in fact. Having separate coin and credit counters is kind of ridiculous IMO, the games should have been designed to add coins as credits, not just increment the bet like an old style slot machine.
